Cozy vibes and sweet treats!
Spent 2 nights here and loved every moment. The breakfast spread was always fresh and different, especially adored the warm, homemade cookies waiting in the lobby. The hosts were so cute. Only thing was the parking could be a hassle during busy hours.

Everything was simply excellent. We all had a really great stay in this beautiful and charming hotel. Units with fireplace. The venue's location was marvellous and stunning, close enough to the Main Street in Edgartown as well as the waterfront, and transportation to explore the island. A cool bonus was nearby Mad Martha's, that offered tea and coffee.

The staff are warm and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the humidity in our room was quite uncomfortable. We didn't raise this issue, but I wish we had, as it overshadowed some of the enjoyable aspects of our visit. The air conditioning seemed to struggle, which compounded our discomfort at times.

We enjoyed our group vacation here! The location is perfect for exploring downtown and the nearby Oak Bluffs Ferry Terminal. The breakfast options were great, especially the organic products. Don't miss out on the cozy outdoor patio for evening relaxation.
One downside was the noise in our room. It occasionally disturbed our sleep since we could hear the outside noise.

Historic charm and modern comforts create an inviting atmosphere. The variety of baked goods for breakfast, including fresh tropical fruits, was a highlight. While parking required prior reservation, and the coffee options could be more robust, the friendly staff and cozy surroundings made up for any inconveniences.

Cozy outdoor patio lined with comfortable sofas and a fire pit makes for a fantastic relaxation spot after a long day. Afternoon treats like warm freshly baked cookies add an enjoyable touch to the overall experience.
Room temperatures can be challenging to regulate, with some guests finding it a bit too cold. Limited parking availability may become inconvenient during busier periods, especially since prior reservations are recommended. Some rooms reported musty smells, likely from malfunctioning AC units, which can detract from comfort during your stay.

What a lovely stay! The breakfast each morning was a good treat with fresh pastries, and those beach chairs were a lifesaver! My only issue was the room humidity—my clothes felt damp sometimes.

The stay featured an amazing breakfast with fresh croissants and locally sourced ingredients. The room was refreshingly spacious, equipped with two small balconies and luxuriously soft bedding. While the location was convenient, the room could benefit from modernization, and sound insulation was an issue, occasionally allowing street noise to disturb the peace.
